Cutter shaft of this meat cutter is designed to be a cantilever type.

Its motor, transmission parts and one end of cantilever cutter shaft are installed in enclosed chassis and the other end of cutter shaft (namely the end of installing knife tackle) is in the outside of chassis. 

Meat cutters of such structure are more superior to similar products no matter in cleaning and changing knife tackle.
